Podcast: “Move It!”

Season 2, Episode 7  of my podcast, “Beauty In The Breakdown: Living & Loving Life After Loss,” is now available.

In “Move It!” I talk about the importance of moving our bodies when we are struggling with grief. It changes our emotional energy for the better. The impulse may be to hibernate, but moving one’s body, getting out in the fresh air, these can contribute to a positive shift.
