Because of this urgency, we sometimes turn to coping mechanisms that only offer a quick fix and land us right back where we were to begin with: in a state of misery.
This week’s episode begins to explore coping mechanisms that might have a more lasting impact without harmful side effects. Cultivating gratitude is the first one.
